A flat in the 9th is often booked by guests with a clear purpose: a business meeting near the Opéra, a show on the Grands Boulevards, a few days of shopping on boulevard Haussmann. They have little time and high expectations. Cleaning between stays is what tells them, the moment they walk in, that they are staying with someone serious.

What cleaning between two guests includes
Laura and Hannah arrange a complete visit after every checkout. The aim is simple: the next guest should find the flat exactly as shown in the listing, with no sign of the previous stay.
- Bathroom and toilet scrubbed, taps and mirrors free of marks
- Kitchen put back in order: dishes away, hob, oven and fridge checked
- Floors vacuumed then washed, dusting down to the skirting boards and mouldings
- Sheets and towels replaced, beds prepared
- Welcome products topped up and waste sorted
- A photo report sent to the owner
Haussmann or Nouvelle Athènes: every building has its habits
The 9th mixes two main families of buildings. Around the Opéra and Chaussée-d’Antin, Haussmann façades hide large rooms, mouldings, herringbone parquet and sometimes a service staircase. Further north, towards Saint-Georges and rue des Martyrs, the older buildings of the Nouvelle Athènes have cobbled courtyards, wooden staircases and flats with rooms that open into one another. Our team takes these materials into account, along with successive door codes and the building’s rules, especially on timing and the bin room.
A check before every arrival
Once cleaning is done, we go over the equipment guests use straight away: hot water, heating, internet connection, lighting, appliances, and the street-facing windows closing properly. A business traveller arriving late should be able to work and sleep without hunting for anything. Any fault we spot is reported to you, with a suggestion to fix it.
Cleaning comes with our offer for owners in the 9th, alongside supplied household linen and guest welcome. Do you own a flat near the Opéra and the department stores or towards the Nouvelle Athènes? See what it could earn or write to Laura and Hannah.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay for the cleaning?
Usually not: a cleaning fee can be built into the booking price and is then paid by the guest. We set that amount with you when we create the listing.
Do you clean even after a very short stay?
Yes. Every checkout leads to a complete clean and a check, whether the guest stayed one night or several weeks.
How do I know what state the flat is in?
After each visit you receive photos of the flat. If something has been damaged or is missing, we tell you straight away.
Does your team know the rules of my building?
We note them during the first visit: codes, bin room, times to respect, access through the courtyard or the service staircase.
