Arrival is the moment a stay can go off the rails. A guest comes out of the RER at Auber or out of Saint-Lazare station with their suitcases, looks for the right carriage door, gets stuck on a first door code and then on an intercom. In the 9th, where many buildings combine a street door, an inner courtyard and a staircase at the back, those first minutes count twice. We take care of them.

Two ways to welcome your guests
Depending on your flat and your preferences, Laura and Hannah offer one option or the other, and sometimes both depending on the stay.
- An in-person welcome: we meet the guest outside the building, show them the way to the flat and introduce the equipment
- A self check-in: smart lock or key box, with clear instructions sent before the stay
- In both cases, a contact they can reach if something blocks them on arrival
Instructions tailored to your building
Every address has its quirks: several codes in a row, a caretaker’s lodge, a narrow lift for people only, a shared landing. We write precise access instructions, with photos if needed, and we remind guests of the building’s rules: discretion in the common areas, quiet hours, waste sorting. Calm neighbours mean a stay that goes well for everyone.
Departure: keys, condition report and follow-up
At departure, we collect the keys or check that the lock is properly closed. A condition report is made at every turnover, with photos, before the cleaning team takes over the flat. If something is left behind, broken or used abnormally, you are told and we support you in case of damage.
Check-in and check-out are part of guest welcome in the 9th. They rely on the digital welcome book and on cleaning between stays. A flat near rue des Martyrs or the Opéra? Estimate your income or contact us.
Frequently asked questions
Do you welcome guests who arrive late?
We agree the possible arrival windows with you. For late arrivals, the smart lock or key box means the guest never has to wait.
Do I need to install a smart lock?
It is not compulsory. We look with you at what your door and your building allow, then choose the simplest solution.
What happens if the guest cannot get in?
They have a contact to call. We guide them remotely or come over if needed.
Is a condition report made at every departure?
Yes, with photos. It serves as the reference if a problem is found after the stay.
