One calendar to avoid double bookings
All listings share the same calendar. As soon as a night is booked on one platform, it disappears from the others. When you keep dates for yourself, they close on every site simultaneously. This shared calendar is also the one used for dynamic pricing, so prices stay consistent from one site to another.
The registration number on every listing
In Paris, the city requires a registration number for any furnished tourist rental, and that number must appear on the listings (source: Ville de Paris). We check with you that it has been obtained before going live and add it to every platform. For a second home, further formalities may apply: let’s discuss it before anything is published.
